1. Acceptance of Terms.
By accessing and spinning the generator on GenRoulette, you agree to comply with and be bound by these simple usage guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
2. Permissible Usage.
GenRoulette is built to provide writing prompts and inspiration for stories, fanfiction, artwork, and roleplaying. You are free to edit, copy, paste, and download generated cards. All text output is open-use for personal writing, AO3 chapters, Wattpad stories, and posting to social platforms (TikTok, X/Twitter, Tumblr).
3. Intellectual Property.
The names of characters, fandom titles, and franchises processed by the generator belong to their respective copyright holders. GenRoulette does not claim ownership over standard fandom characters. The template configurations and custom engine code are open-source.
4. Disclaimer.
GenRoulette provides prompts "as-is" for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, continuity, or spelling. We are not responsible for how users edit or compile generated cards on external platforms.
